Pilates 101

This course will help you deepen your Pilates practice whether you currently take mat or equipment classes. This course is also the first step to becoming a certified Pilates instructor.  In this course students will learn and practice the mini movements within the Pilates Mat exercises, among other things like, terminology, anatomic movements, the vertebrae, postures etc.  They will develop a deeper integration of the repertoire into their body, resulting in a more effective ability to practice and/or teach Pilates.  Pilates 101 is a prerequisite for the Pilates Equipment Teacher Certification.
