After working out in Gyms for so long, there’s no substitute for your personalized private sessions.

I wanted to let you know that in just a month and a half my Pilates training is starting to make a noticeable impact in my appearance. On Thursday at work, while I was walking down the hall I was stopped in two occasions by coworkers, both with different comments about how I look.

One asked if I had lost weight because I looked so much leaner, the other one said she hadn’t noticed before how taller I really was.

I know I feel leaner, taller and stronger, but to have other people come up to you and tell you, and even ask you if you’ve done something to your hair blew my mind.

It is amazing how maintaining a regular Pilates schedule has kept the issues from recurring.

I can’t believe it’s already been a little over a year that I’ve been working out with you 2-3 times a week.  I have firmed up and lost 15 pounds.  I also have a shoulder injury for which I’ve received therapy a couple of years ago.  The pain was very deep in the tissue and at times it would recur seemingly for no reason.  I also have an ongoing lower back strain that flares up when I fail to work out regularly.

It is amazing how maintaining a regular Pilates schedule, both mat and one-on-one sessions has kept the issues from recurring. I’ll see you on Tuesday.

You were right... there is NOTHING like Pilates.

I have been seriously involved in ballet, body building and Yoga, so I know what it means to workout hard.  You were right... there is NOTHING like Pilates.  It is a focused and specific method that works out the whole body in union.
